You get the gist. If something is not working properly, CALL US. We will come to you to keep you MOVING and GOOMING!
Call out fee is only $79.95.
Repairs are provided at a $99.95 flat rate*
FOR EXAMPLE: A repair that takes less than 2 hours and DOES NOT include any major replacement parts:
$79.95 + $99.95 = $179.90
What if the issue can’t be fixed on site?
We have a shop location where your mobile pet grooming unit(s) can be serviced. We also have a back up unit you can rent if you need to take care of clients while yours is being fixed. (See below)
Our shop offers routine maintenance and repair services, which eliminates the $59.95 call out fee.
*Flat rate covers the first 2 hours of service within service radius. Flat rate does NOT include cost of major parts. Rate is $70 per hour after the initial 2 hours.

We keep common parts in stock to expedite services. Cost of parts will be provided upon repair diagnosis.
We have a mobile grooming trailer for rent.
If your mobile grooming unit goes down unexpectedly and you still have clients to take care of, we have a solution. We have a trailer for rent that comes with all the major equipment such as generator, 60 gallon fresh water tank, hydraulic table, bath tub, and dryer.
Maybe you just want to get some extra work in but don't have a unit to do it with? You provide the truck and we got the rest.
